How to Register?
School year 2011/2012
All classes are full. We are not
accepting registrations for school year 2011/2012.
School year 2012/2013
Open registration for school year 2012/2013 begins on Friday,
February 03rd, 2012 at 6:00 pm. Registration is on first come,
first served basis.
Things to bring with you on the registration night:
- Filled out registration
form
- $50.00 registration fee
- First and Last month's fee (ie September and June fee)
- Acceptable form of payment is cash only.
Policies
Children must be at least three years old and fully toilet trained at the time they begin preschool.
Class placement will be determined according to age and the preference noted on the registration form.
Registration will be in the following order:
i) Pre-registered children
ii) siblings of registered children
iii) children on waiting list
iv) open registration (if space allows)
Withdrawal: One month’s written notice is required for voluntary withdrawal.
Fees
Two days per week: $140 per month
Three days per week: $180 per month
Five days per week: $300 per month
A $50 non-refundable registration deposit and first and last
month's fees are due at the time of registration.
Subsidy
Alberta Children and Youth Services provides financial assistance to eligible low- and middle-income families. Eligible families who have one parent who stays at home or works less than 20 hours per week may qualify for a subsidy. The home-stay subsidy is available for maximum of $1,200 per year. It is the responsibility of the parents to apply for the subsidy. Please visit the following website https://www.childcaresubsidy.gov.ab.ca/ccs/ccs_public.nsf/PS2?OpenForm for more information. If you qualify for the subsidy you still need to follow the fee payment procedure, as you will be reimbursed at the END of the month, once the preschool has collected the funds from the government.
